In ancient times, women lived in honour of their cycles and the wisdom their bodies carry. They were respected and worshipped for their intuition, their healing gifts, and their sacred power to bring life. Every woman holds ancient wisdom within her. Yet for centuries, patriarchy has systematically silenced women’s wombs and voices, teaching them to measure their worth through productivity and comparison, to ignore their needs, suppress their emotions, to disconnect from their true selves.
But something is changing in women. You can feel it in the way we question the roles we were given. In the way we are no longer satisfied with being “strong” in a way that exhausts us. In the quiet longing to slow down, to soften, to reconnect with our bodies instead of constantly proving ourselves.
Women are remembering. The Great Goddess is returning. More and more women are realising they no longer want to compete with men - because we are not meant to be the same.

If I were to describe my work, I would say that I create a safe space for your truth.
I don’t offer a “one size fits all” approach. Thus, this might not be the right space for those who seek strict structure, step-by-step methods, or concrete formulas.
However, foundation of my work comes from social work, where main method is dialogue, which is rooted in respect, empathy, congruence and honesty. At the same time my medicine is coming from my own life experiences. I work with the whole human - body, mind, emotions, and spirit in a more intuitive, feminine, and holistic way.

KAP + GENTLE GUIDANCE
What is KAP?
KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is described as a transmission-based energetic process that works on activating your life force energy (Kundalini/Shakti). However, what you often see on the internet is "simply" bioenergetics. Only some experience true Kundalini awakening. Thus I prefer to call it what it truly is: field-based co-regulation session/somatic energy work with potential to activate Kundalini. This process can be truly potent and can open emotional layers, awaken intuition, release stored tension, and create deep internal shifts; and also prepare you for Kundalini awakening; yet true Kundalini awakening usually happens when the person is truly ready. You don’t decide to activate it, and unless it happens spontaneously through intensity (trauma, near-death experiences, psychedelics, deep meditation retreatss, intense emotional breakdowns...) it usually requires: deep purification of psyche, emotional maturity, shadow work, nervous system capacity and surrender. That’s why it’s also called "activation process" as it often requires time and inner work.
Furthermore, from my experience, KAP is often offered as a single session without any aftercare. However, in classical yogic and tantric traditions - the Guru, who transmits energy, also guides the student afterwards to ensure safe integration. That’s why I offer more than just the session itself.
I provide a safe integration space - where you can share your insights, emotions, questions, and experiences as your system processes the shift and also to help you understand better the whole process.
All sessions are held online via Zoom or Teams. All you need is a camera positioned so I can see your full body lying (yoga mat, sofa, bed…).
